Account Registration Data

• Full name

• Password (stored in hashed form; we never store plaintext passwords)

Subscription and Billing Data

• Payment card information (processed and stored by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)

• Transaction history and invoices

Brand Workspace Data

You create and control this data. It may include:

• Brand name, website URL, and brand description
• Uploaded files: documents (PDF, Word, TXT), images (JPG, PNG, GIF), and videos (MP4, MOV)
• Brand colors, fonts, and tone of voice guidelines
• Product descriptions, pricing, and feature information
• Customer profile information (ICP profiles) — these should describe fictional persona archetypes, not real individuals
• Marketing plans, campaign content, and creative assets

Usage Data

• Pages and features accessed, frequency and duration of use
• Actions taken within the platform (content generated, files uploaded, tools invoked)
• Session timestamps and duration

Technical Data

• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Browser type and version; device type, operating system, and screen resolution
• Referral URL and traffic source

Analytics Data

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with the Service. These tools may collect behavioral data including mouse movements, scroll patterns, click heatmaps, and session recordings to help us improve user experience.

Facebook / Meta Integration

If you connect a Facebook Page through our Social Post Studio features, we receive:

• Facebook Page name, ID, and access token (encrypted)
• Page performance data (reach, engagement, post metrics) — used only to personalize marketing recommendations within your workspace

EazzyAI operates globally, and your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including Singapore, the United States, and countries where our AI model providers operate their infrastructure.

Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and Data Processing Agreements with our providers.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 18 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that data promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact hey@eazzyai.com.

• Do not input personal data about real individuals into the Service beyond what is necessary. ICP profiles should describe persona archetypes, not contain real people's names or contact information.
• Generated content may reflect patterns in training data. While we route to specialized models to reduce bias, we cannot guarantee that Generated Content is free from all biases or errors.
• We do not use the specific outputs generated for your account to train Third-Party AI Models.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date, notify you via email and/or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, and in some cases seek your renewed consent.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
